About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Architect to join our dynamic London office and support our commitment to innovative and sustainable design. This role requires a technically proficient architect skilled in later project stages, particularly RIBA Stages 3 and beyond. You will be joining a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality projects across diverse sectors, contributing from design development to detailed technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop detailed design and technical packages using Revit.
- Work collaboratively with teams to navigate and manage complex project requirements during RIBA Stages 3-7.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, compliance, and sustainability standards.
- Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project progression.
- Participate in site visits to assess project quality and progress during the construction phase.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification experience working on complex projects.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential; AutoCAD skills are advantageous.
- Proven experience working through RIBA Stages 3-7.
- Strong technical knowledge, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Salary
- £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
