Salary: £28,000 + commission (1st Year OTE £40,000-£45,000)

My client specialises in placing C-Suite roles into Private Equity Funds and their portfolio companies. They run a hybrid contingent/search model, and their practice areas consist of Perm & Interim Finance, CFO, M&A, Transformation and Data & Analytics. They compete with SHREK firms and almost all of their work is exclusive and retained.

Currently sitting at 80 heads across London, New York and Frankfurt, they have a 5 year plan to open 8 more offices in major cities and expand to 240 heads.
