Apply now and be part of Capgemini’s journey to the forefront of digital innovation Key Responsibilities: Steer technical activities with the MES support team Collaborate with the Central team to refine, harmonize, and verify development requirements for the overall rollout program Schedule and allocate resources based on the actual plan Drive continuous process improvement & ensure quality system compliance Share knowledge with team members on the WERUM PAS-X MES platform Support and mentor the team, providing technical assistance for day-to-day challenges Your Profile The Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field 7 years of experience in challenging manufacturing projects within pharmaceutical formulation, biotech, and shop floor order processes Strong technical architecture experience in WERUM PAS-X MES platform, including understanding of application/web servers, database architecture, interfaces, and JBoss server log analysis Expertise in WERUM PAS-X MES system administration and configuration Proficiency in creating SQL scripts and understanding DB schema Skilled in troubleshooting PAS-X related technical issues Experience in master data management within the application Knowledge of ISA95/S88 standards, GxP, GAMP, and 21 CFR Part 11 Extensive experience in computer system validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ Fluent in English What We Offer: The opportunity to work on a global, multi-year program that will shape the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing A dynamic, international work environment with exposure to diverse cultures and countries Clear pathways for professional growth and leadership development The chance to contribute to Capgemini's core activities and strengthen our position as a leader in digital transformation Life at Capgemini At Capgemini Engineering, business success is driven by our experts.
