Head of Global Product, Public/Private Markets, Asset Management

My client, a global asset manager, is looking for a Head of Global Product to lead their product development and strategy functions across a range of public and private asset classes. The role is likely to be based in Milan, Paris, Frankfurt or Cologne. Responsibilities: Manage and grow the product team, which is responsible for the ongoing product development, governance, and management of the global product range (this includes funds, segregated accounts, and sub-advised mandates) Oversee the launch of new strategies, including the drafting of business cases, partnering with investment and distribution teams to establish strategy Own the product strategy in close connection with internal teams Manage the business feasibility analysis and project management of the onboarding process for new segregated accounts and sub-advised mandates Suggest, review proposals for, and oversee changes to existing funds with a view to ensuring ongoing suitability for clients Meet the needs of the firm's key strategic markets, by adhering to all regulatory requirements and continuing to deliver the intended solution to clients Requirements: Strong, demonstrable experience in product within asset management Strong leadership and team management across locations Good understanding of asset management services, portfolio management, operational processes, and legal and regulatory requirements Broad asset class knowledge Job ID TP2999 J-18808-Ljbffr
