Job Description
Qualifications required: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field Additional qualifications in Information Systems or Finance. SAP certification. Business Analysis certification or diploma Skills and experience required: At least 5 years of experience as a systems or business analyst, preferably within retail or financial environments. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including financial reconciliations, depreciation, and stock accounting. Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems. Excellent project management skills Advanced computer literacy, including Google Workspace, MS Project, Excel, Word, MS Access, and Visio. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including change impact management and testing methodologies. Experience leading large, complex projects with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum. Experience with business process management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Proven ability to mentor and develop junior Business Analysts. Job description: To ensure the finance systems and business processes incorporate industry standards and best (fit for purpose) practices; and to provide business process and technology support to users. Propose and implement new developments and enhancements to business processes and technology. Document business processes, functional specifications, and technical requirements. Conduct testing and provide support during implementation phases. Lead change management initiatives and deliver user training. Offer system consulting and user support. Oversee project management activities, ensuring successful delivery.
