EP Application Engineer (Plastic) (m/f/d) What you will be doing: Pursuit new project initiatives or business opportunities by technical proposal to customer Project management and coordination with customer from concept design to life cycle management Presentation of the technical details at the customer, technical conferences. Support the customer to solve the technical problems during development and after SOP Structural CAE analysis of plastics parts for automotive & E&E (Electric&Electronics) applications CAD(CATIA) capability is beneficial Information exchange and global coordination with LG Chem overseas offices What you will bring: Practical and theoretical knowledge in mechanical engineering or similar Experience with CAE analysis Experience ideally in Altair Hyperworks, Abaqus, LS-Dyna, Digimat software, CATIA is preferred Enthusiasm to expand the personal technical capability from conventional mechanical engineering to injection molding and plastic material Experience ideally in automotive industry is preferred Good MS Office skill, especially Powerpoint Skilled at handling multiple priorities with ease Fluent English and German, both written and spoken Our Offer: A collegial working environment with appropriate scope for action and decision-making Competitive performance- and success-based compensation A travel allowance or (if available) a parking space A new and modern office including an ergonomic workstation Laptop and company mobile phone Training and exciting personal/professional development opportunities Fitness benefit (FITSEVENELEVEN) Corporate benefit program Team-building events Good connection with car and public transportation Interested?
