UX Designer - User-Centered Design

Job Description : We're looking for an energetic and creative UX Designer to join our team at Airoli, Navi Mumbai, India. The UX Designer will significantly impact our business as they will design all customer-facing products, websites and collaterals. The UX Designer will collaborate with engineers, product managers, stakeholders, marketing, and other designers, advocating user-centred design. The UX Designer is well acquainted with the nuanced ecosystem that informs product strategy. This role is ideal for passionate advocates of usability. Keywords : UX, User Interface, Web and Mobile Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Graphic Design Primary Requirements : - 4 to 6 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar UX-related role with accompanying experience in visual/graphic design and experience creating prototypes or wireframes. - A demonstrable design portfolio is a MUST. - Ability to communicate your design vision through verbal explanation, sketching, or quick mock-ups to small or large groups, from designers to executives - Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions based on user research and data analysis. - Solid understanding of design systems and component libraries. - Perennial self-starter who can create schedules and define the scope of work even without explicit requirements and direction - Knowledge of design parameters, web standards and best practices for applications, web-based and mobile applications - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch and Figma - An uncanny ability to create and present powerful presentations capable of bowling over audiences - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Skills/Traits that would be an advantage : - Experience in Mobile Design across various electronic mobile device screens - Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and other relevant technologies - Thorough and aware of Industry best practices and standards in designing (ref:hirist.tech)
