ServiceNow API Developer - CMDB

Role : ServiceNow API Developer Location : Remote Experience : 3 to 6 years Salary : Up to 41 Lpa Job Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs - Develop custom applications and workflows leveraging the ServiceNow platform. - Develop and implement automated processes using ServiceNow's scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.). - Optimize existing scripts and workflows to improve performance and reliability. - Evaluate and train foundational LLM models for ServiceNow scripting languages and improve co-pilot Requirements : Tech Skills : - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically with ServiceNow APIs. - Proven experience in developing and implementing custom integrations and applications within the ServiceNow platform. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript and GlideScript. - ServiceNow certifications, such as the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), are a plus. Soft Skills : - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment. - Strong analytical and critical thinking : - Develops ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS - Configuration Management (CMDB) - Strong math and analytical skills excellent oral and written communication skill - Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements - Administration of Knowledge Base and Service Catalog - Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows - Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls - Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs - Provides input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals - Prepares reports on analyses (ref:hirist.tech)
