At Capital.com , we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Branch to lead and oversee our operations in Milan. This pivotal role will involve driving business growth, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence. As the leader of our Milan office, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Capital.com in Italy, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring that our innovative financial solutions reach new heights in this key market. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the branch’s strategic business plan to achieve growth targets and enhance market presence. Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Commercial Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue and market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and internal policies, particularly those established by CONSOB. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance. Financial Management: Oversee the branch’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Analyze financial metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact with regulatory authorities, ensuring transparent and effective communication with CONSOB. Represent Capital.com at industry events and forums to promote our brand and offerings. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration , or a related field; advanced degree preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance Proven experience managing a branch or similar operations in the financial sector In-depth knowledge of Italian financial regulations and experience working with CONSOB Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on results Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English .
