C# Developer (Onsite)

ENVIRONMENT: Our client is a world-leading CPaaS provider, revolutionizing business messaging to create more human connections. With head offices in Cape Town, they have experienced remarkable growth over the past year and are now looking for top-tier developers to support their global expansion. They are seeking a talented software engineer to design, optimize, and maintain software services capable of processing thousands of transactions per second. Stability and speed are essential to their operations, and this role places you at the forefront of enhancing and implementing innovative features. Utilizing advanced technology on high-performance hardware, you will play a key role in expanding their impact across international markets. DUTIES: Designing and implementing systems. Optimising systems for high throughput. Writing both functional and technical specifications. Managing version control. Managing the build server. Writing and maintaining unit tests. REQUIREMENTS: 3 years of experience (looking for junior, intermediate and seniors) Degree in computer science Essential (preferred honours/strong bachelors) Proficiency in C# with a solid grasp of the .NET stack. Familiarity with TSQL. Experience working in multi-threaded environments. Sound understanding of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP and HTTP.
