Job Description
Highly successful and dynamic manufacturing operation situated in Cape Town, is looking to employ a Tooling Engineer on one of their manufacturing sites. Â Responsibilities includes the designing and manufacturing of new large-scale jigs and fixtures, maintenance of existing jigs and tooling, investigating manufacturing problems and propose corrective actions, continuous improvement and factory layout changes. Â Safety and quality will also form an important part of your focus responsibilities. Â Requirements: Mechanical Engineering Diploma or Degree 2 yearsâ experience in a Manufacturing environment 1 Years Experience designing structural frames Tooling design Proficient in Solidworks Advanced skills in Excel Valid SA driverâs license
