The Responsible Gaming Team Leader will be responsible for leading the Responsible Gaming Team, ensuring that the company adheres to all regulations and best practices related to responsible gaming. This role focuses on safeguarding vulnerable customers, promoting responsible gaming, and leading a group of analysts by ensuring processes and procedures are carried out in line with Responsible Gaming policies. The role will be critical in driving the organisation's commitment to corporate social responsibility, as well as achieving our global responsible gaming objectives. Who are we? Role and Responsibilities: As a Responsible Gaming Team Leader, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to: Lead and develop a team of responsible gaming analysts Allocate tasks and ensure that the team meets its key performance indicators (KPIs) Conduct quality assessment reviews on responsible gaming analysts Assist with training relevant stakeholders on an ad-hoc basis Conduct performance reviews and individual coaching to ensure continuous improvement Manage escalations and queries pertaining to responsible gaming Monitor exception reporting Sign-off high-risk responsible gaming tasks Collaborate with stakeholders to promote responsible gaming initiatives Shift work will be required What you will bring: Minimum 2 years experience in a Responsible Gaming leadership or coaching role Experience working in regulated markets is advantageous (Ontario, Italy, LATAM, etc.) Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and departments Strong understanding of responsible gaming regulations and industry best practices Proven track record in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, challenging environment Proficient in English both verbal and written (second language advantageous) Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field advantageous, however not a must Bonus points if you also have: Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom Some of the perks of working for us: EAP access for you and your family Access to over 9,000 courses across our Learning and Development Platform Two full-time baristas who will make your daily coffee, tea, or fresh juice Daily catered breakfast Massage Wednesdays - we get professionals to do this Team lunches and happy hour in the office from 4pm on Fridays Fun office environment with pool tables, table tennis, and all your favourite gaming consoles Help yourself to drinks fridges and snack shelves “We are a 2024 Circle Back Initiative Employer – we commit to respond to every applicant.” We believe that the unique contributions of everyone at Easygo are the driver of our success.
