Datacenter Manager

We are partnered with an established bank in search of a Data Centre Manager to oversee end-to-end operations and maintenance of data center facilities, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and adherence to stringent security and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Data Centre Operations & Maintenance: Lead 24/7 operations, ensuring compliance, uptime, and system availability. Infrastructure Oversight: Manage power, cooling, security, and network for mission-critical environments. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a skilled data center team, promoting accountability and agility. Strategic Planning: Coordinate installations, upgrades, and maintenance aligned with the digital strategy. Security & Compliance: Ensure data security and regulatory compliance. Disaster Recovery: Coordinate DR/BC plans, ensuring frequent testing and readiness. Vendor Management: Maintain vendor relationships and ensure SLA adherence. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT and business teams to align data center operations with goals. Requirements: Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 7+ years in data center operations, with 4+ years in a managerial role within financial services. Financial Services experience is a must Due to the urgency of the role, we can only consider candidates that would not require passes
