Assistant Manager, Investments (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine investment strategies that align with the broader business objectives.
• Identify and source investment opportunities across various industries and sectors, generating both direct and indirect leads to meet specified targets.
• Execute financial modeling, conduct feasibility assessments, and prepare investment documentation independently.
• Structure investment deals to maximize returns and optimize the portfolio.
• Manage the negotiation and closing processes, ensuring timelines are met effectively.
• Oversee due diligence and documentation processes to protect company interests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Investment, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investments, ideally with exposure to the Indian market.
• Familiarity with capital markets is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
