QA Analyst

Hire Resolve's client is on the lookout for a dedicated QA Analyst to join their team in Johannesburg, GP. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing the quality of software applications through effective testing processes. Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements. Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing. Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality is built into the software from the design phase Document and track defects using appropriate tools. Participate in the review of requirements and design documentation. Provide insights on quality trends and areas for improvement. Assist in the preparation of test data and environments as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and testing techniques. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with automated testing tools is a plus. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. ISTQB or equivalent certification is an advantage.
