Your Challenges: Handling correspondence Coordinate internal communications within the organisation Maintaining records (physical and digital) Schedule and organise meetings Assist with data entry Report generation Prepare agendas and take minutes Handle travel arrangements and bookings Your profile includes: Fluent English (knowledge of Chinese is a plus) Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite) Attention to detail in handling documents and data entry Excellent verbal and written communication for internal and external interactions Active listening skills to understand and address inquiries effectively Capacity to identify and resolve issues promptly Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Competence in using various software applications and online tools Proficiency in email and internet communications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields Prior experience in an operational support role What we offer?
