YOUR ROLE Directly report to Production Manager in Silicones and Epoxides department Production management in compliance with time and quality requirements Optimisation of production processes Industrialization of new products and start-ups Organization of teams and production department Implementation of strategic projects to increase plant efficiency and productivity Implementation of the LEAN methodology within the production department YOUR SKILLS Master's Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering 2-3 years experience is mandatory Good English level Advanced Excel knowledge Autocad knowledge is nice-to-have Excellent communication and organizational skills Results-oriented and great spirit of teamwork At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
