Consolidated Financial Results at June 30, 2023 For the Webuild Corporate Headquarters in Milan, we are looking for a Development, Succession, Planning and DE&I Expert. Responsibilities: Support the analysis of training and development needs to identify the most appropriate training tools. Oversee the design and delivery of training programs for the Webuild Academy, interfacing with internal and external trainers, supporting the development of content and teaching materials, and managing organizational and logistical aspects. Manage the evaluation and reporting process for training. Manage funded training tools, overseeing the related activities and compliance. Manage the Group’s LMS, proposing and monitoring the update of content and ensuring the provision of mandatory training programs for employees. Oversee the Group’s Performance Management process. Support the identification, design, and implementation of development actions for employee growth. Conduct analyses for the definition and management of succession planning to cover key positions within the Group. Support the management of the Talent and Management Review process, contributing to the definition of development plans in line with the corporate strategy. Participate in the process of defining and disseminating guidelines and tools for Learning & Development to all Operational Entities of the Group, interfacing with local contacts. Support the implementation of Diversity, Equality & Inclusion projects and initiatives. Monitor achieved results and KPIs for the Diversity, Equality & Inclusion system. Required Skills: Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with a specialization, preferably in economic/humanistic subjects. At least 5 years of experience in structured contexts in human resources development and training. Knowledge of the main Performance Management, Talent Management, and Succession Planning tools. Knowledge of assessment and personnel evaluation techniques. Familiarity with major LMS systems. Understanding of how major professional training funds operate. Ability to manage events and training activities. Ability to manage training evaluation and reporting systems. Excellent knowledge of English. Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Experience in activities and initiatives related to diversity and inclusion is a plus. Complete the profile: Organizational autonomy and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Planning abilities. Good interpersonal and teamwork skills. Ability to work in complex and international contexts. Innovative and proactive approach. Confidentiality and attention to data management. Willingness to travel.
