Responsibility Support the development of Automotive products Participate with R&D team at SE (Simultaneous Engineering) meetings Analyze the electric and electronic customer technical requirements Discuss internally and with the customers these requirements Provide the specific validation plans to Test Department and track their status Discuss with customer SW implementation plan Product validation: Evaluate test results and approve release of electronic components Requirements Good background in Electronic Engineer (or similar know-how) Experience in the Automotive Field, minimum 2 years Basic knowledge of ASPICE model and Agile Management and Leadership skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluent in Italian and English Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on cutting-edge battery technology Collaborative and supportive work environment Chance to make a real impact on the world Hybrid model work, 3 days in presence, 2 in remote If you are a highly motivated and experienced engineer passionate about battery technology, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
