MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Business Planning and Execution Division, Business Department of NAVSUP FLC SIG GF. GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying procurement and acquisition policy to micro-purchasing and the government commercial purchase card program; Applying knowledge of statistical analysis management program review, budget policies and administrative procedures; Utilizing Microsoft Office tools for data analysis, preparing presentations, and generating reports. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying procurement and acquisition policy to micro-purchasing and the government commercial purchase card program; Utilizing knowledge of personnel, financial, and supply management; Using analytical techniques to improve program effectiveness including statistics and management processes under supervision. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
