Business Analyst

In this role, you'll go beyond just analyzing data; you'll play a key part in connecting data insights with strategic business choices, ensuring the company continues to lead in the insurance sector. Key Responsibilities: Business Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders from various departments to understand their needs, translate these into data requirements, and ensure alignment with the company's goals. Data Model Design: Develop and maintain reliable data models and databases that support business processes. Data Visualization: Use data visualization tools to transform complex information into clear, actionable insights for business users. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data engineers, IT teams, and business leaders to ensure data quality, integration, and accessibility for sound decision-making. Database Management: Manage databases such as MS SQL and MySQL to support analysis and storage needs. Qualifications and Experience: Education: BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Business Studies Experience: At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and business insights Skills: Proficiency with Power BI for data visualization; advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite In this role, you'll go beyond just analyzing data you'll play a key part in connecting data insights with strategic business choices, ensuring the company continues to lead in the insurance sector.
