We are needing Key Account Manager to join our team in South Dunedin!

What you will do:
- Manage the business relationship, workflow, processes and administration within allocated client account portfolio
- Identify and activating new business opportunities within the allocated account portfolio
How you will do it:
- Achieve targeted current customer revenue budgets as set within the requirements of the overall company financial and operational goals
- Manage all administration of the account customers in an accurate and timely fashion associated with the management of current customers
- Arrange, cost, quote or prepare and present sales quotations, tenders and sales/work orders as required
- Foster internal relationships with the relevant roles throughout the business
- Work with the National Key Account Manager to ensure all clients have a business plan in place working towards resigning of all clients within portfolio
- Day-to-day management of major customer Services
- Provide reporting as required by Clients agreements
- Provide reporting to the business on clients
- Work with National Key Account Manager and National Billing Administrator to ensure invoicing procedures and debtor ledgers are maintained within required levels
- Work with National Key Account Manager to ensure all accounts have a sales and strategic management plan in place
What we look for:
- Proven track record in Key Account support and or management of existing clients
- Commercial acumen along with the ability to analyse sales data and develop value propositions
- Ability to manage and initiate relationships across a broad range of organisations
- Skilled in a B2B environment
- Experience growing a portfolio of accounts, negotiating contracts and executing client business plans to deliver against KPI’s
- Strong selling skills and drive to achieve results
