Prudential Risk Manager

Meraki Talent’s client is currently looking to hire a Prudential Risk Manager into their growing UK Banking arm. Our client is a highly reputable and well-established International Banking Group. Due to ongoing growth and development within their London office as position has been created for a Prudential Risk Manager.

Reporting directly to the CRO, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end processes for the Bank’s regulatory documents including ICAAP, ILAAP, Resolution & Recovery and Pillar 3 disclosures. Additionally, the role will support the CRO on strategically important projects within the wider Risk Department.

Key outcomes include:

• Managing the e2e regulatory document process for ICAAP, ILAAP, Funding Plan, Recovery and Resolution Plan
• Managing the liquidity and capital stress testing scenarios for the purpose of completing regulatory documents
• Developing and maintaining stress testing models
• Review and update the Bank’s Risk policies (credit, market, liquidity, appetite) which are reviewed at Board level
• Work with Finance on PRA submissions
• Lead on strategic projects impacting on Risk department

For this role our client is seeking applications from experienced Prudential Risk professionals. Strong understanding of risk management as relates to the ICAAP/ILAAP process is required as are excellent report writing skills. Experience with Banking and knowledge of associated regulations is essential.
