Express Recruitment are delighted to be representing a progressive and forward-thinking Fire and Security company that are looking to hire a Health and Safety Administrator to join their growing team of professionals.
The successful candidate will develop health and safety policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, develop Health and Safety programs, and maintain the company’s ISO accreditation.
The ideal candidate will have previous Health and Safety Administration experience, be proficient with Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook), and have a IOSH and/or NEBOSH qualification.
In return, they are offering up to c£30,000 per annum depending on experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular risk assessments in the workplace
- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (local, national, industry)
- Develop and deliver Health and Safety programs and emergency response plans
- Maintain accurate records of workplace incidents, inspections, and training sessions
- Stay informed with changes to Health and Safety regulations
- Maintain the company’s ISO accreditation
- Travel to different divisions within the company
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable Health and Safety Administration experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- IOSH and/or NEBOSH qualification
- Up to date knowledge of CDM regulations
- Educated to degree level in a relevant field
- Experience using systems including Monday.com, Asana, or SharePoint
- Full, clean UK driving licence
