Windows Support Engineer

Core skillset and experience:

• Build, deploy and support Windows laptops
• Must have experience working in Banking or Financial Services
• Good customer-facing communication skills – including senior management and traders

Activities:

• Install Windows image on new laptops
• Update hardware inventory systems
• Physical installation of computers, monitors and other IT systems at desk locations
• Assist with hardware disposal and Use of IT ticketing systems
• Must be able to manually lift up to 15kg when moving and repositioning computers
