Content and Community Marketing Executive

Agora Talent are excited to be partnered with a growing Startup/VC marketplace in search of a Content and Community Marketing Executive.

Our client is looking for an entrepreneurial candidate with a proactive mindset to drive the growth of their events business and foster a dynamic community of founders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work with the ecosystem partners to enhance the brand presence and liaise with relevant teams.
• Manage their events, coordinating outreach, handling communications with VCs and founders, and organising in-person initiatives.
• Create and curate market-leading written and visual content for an audience across multiple channels, including LinkedIn and email.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the founder network by identifying value-add opportunities and maintaining regular communication.

What we are looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing strategy and execution (visual and written).
• Versatile, capable of handling diverse workstreams.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects systematically.
• Creative, with strong writing and design skills.
• A strong interest in the VC/startup ecosystem.
• Proficiency with software tools like Airtable.
• Strong interpersonal skills for networking with founders and VCs.
