Senior Quality Engineer

Elevation Engineering and Manufacturing division are partnered with a market leading, highly regulated manufacturer that are currently seeking an ambitious Senior Quality Engineer to join their team in Sheffield.

In this key role, you'll collaborate closely with project management and manufacturing teams to support new product launches and ongoing validation. Plus, you'll drive continuous improvement by planning and delivering targeted training based on business needs whilst deputising for the Quality Manager.

Other responsibilities of the Senior Quality Engineer will include:

• Manage the internal / external audit plan for the Quality Management System
• Strong problem solving skills, with a working knowledge of 8D, Kaizen, 5Whys, Root Cause Analysis etc.
• Experience working with ISO 9001 and within a highly regulated environment such as Aerospace, Automotive or Medical Devices.
• Good analytical skills – to be able to break down a problem, situation, or process into its component parts.
