Electrical Lead – Helsinki – Up to €130k + Subsistence + Package
First Task Professional are delighted to be working alongside a leading Contractor in the hyperscale data centre space with projects ranging from £60-500m across Europe. The role operates on a fly in fly out rotation.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of Electrical Engineers.
* Recommend design modifications to enhance cost efficiency, streamline the construction schedule, and improve specifications and quality outcomes.
* Demonstrate strong commercial awareness.
* Oversee construction activities, ensuring high standards of workmanship and material quality.
* Collaborate closely with the contracts manager, site engineers, and other discipline leads to provide subcontractors and site staff with accurate and timely information.
* Review and interpret drawings and specifications, and promptly communicate any discrepancies or omissions to the design team.
* Determine project resource needs and inspire the project team to achieve goals.
* Ensure compliance with the highest health and safety standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
* In-depth understanding of procurement processes.
* Proven experience with scheduling, programming, and project sequencing.
* Essential experience in leading MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams.
* A track record of delivering MEP projects, particularly in Data Centres.
