What will you do as Financial Controller?
* Financial Reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements
* Budgeting and Forecasting, developing and managing the company’s budget
* Conducting financial forecasting
* Advising on long-term financial planning based on company goals
* Internal Controls and Compliance, Financial Analysis
* Identifying trends and providing insights to improve financial performance.
* Cost Control, reviewing / advising on ways to reduce costs & improve operational efficiency.
* Strategic Financial Planning, providing strategic input, managing cash flow
What do you need as a Financial Controller?
* CIMA or studying towards
* Comfortable working within an SME/start up environment
* Experience within a similar position is essential
* Scrutinising budgets, managing expenses, and assessing procurement practices.
* FMCG experience would be beneficial
