Senior Quantity Surveyor

£70,000-£80,000 & £6700 car allowance
We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a top tier contractor, based on a 10 year refurbishment contract in Plymouth.
Your day to day will include:
* Provide commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts.
* Preparation of monthly cost / value reports for area, together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members
* Production of commercial reports together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members
* Physical measurement of works and agreement of same with client and subcontractors
* Agreement of certification and payment of subcontractor accounts - monitoring of such accounts against forecasts. Ensure cash flow is maximised including ensuring payments are received on time.
Who are we looking for?
* Must be educated to degree level
* Must have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a large contractor
* Must have confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office in particular Excel
* You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbally
* Must hold a Full UK Drivers Licence
* Must be able gain Security Clearance
