Salary: c£55K per annum dependent on experience

Electrical Applications Engineer – The Role:

As an Electrical Applications Engineer, you’ll leverage your expertise in LV (Low Voltage) and HV (High Voltage) applications to deliver exceptional technical support, bridge product knowledge across departments, and drive customer satisfaction. Electrical Applications Engineer – Key Responsibilities:
- Offer technical assistance during pre-sales, advising on all protection and control applications of our innovative technology. This includes remote and on-site support, grounded in best practices and established engineering standards in the power sector
- Enhance customer relationships by actively engaging in technical discussions and proposing commercially viable solutions, helping to build trust and confidence
- Ensure the functional specification of the company's technologies aligns with customer expectations and industry standards
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop persuasive proposals, integrating insights from engineering and operations to help secure purchase orders
- Facilitate the handover of commercial orders to project engineering, providing support through ongoing coordination with business partners and end users to ensure successful project delivery
- Stay up-to-date on the latest in power system instrumentation requirements and competing technologies, leveraging this knowledge to demonstrate the superiority and suitability of our solutions to meet customer needs effectively
Electrical Applications Engineer – You:
-A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
-Strong experience with LV and HV applications
-Ability to work effectively across teams and engage with clients to meet their unique needs
-Proactive, with a keen eye for solutions that enhance performance and efficiency
