Commercial Property Solicitor
Full Time, Permanent
£45,000 - £65,000 DOE

Hybrid working (2 days at home, 3 in the office)

An exciting full-time opportunity to a join a Legal 500 firm with an established presence across Shropshire and Wales.
We are seeking an ambitious qualified solicitor, ideally with at 2 years PQE to join its team and assist its diverse Commercial Property client base across both the UK and internationally. This role offers hybrid working (2-3 days from home), onsite parking, high-quality work and excellent career progression opportunities.

Main duties and responsibilities:
Provide expert legal advice on commercial property transactions, agricultural land management, and development projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and third-party referrers.
Manage a diverse caseload, including commercial property transactions, agricultural land management, and development projects.
Collaborate with other teams on joint projects to enhance service delivery.
Contribute to the growth and development of the department.
Workload: Acquisitions and disposals, Option agreements, Residential or commercial estate development, Planning obligations, Overage, Landlords, Asset management, Tenants, Acquisitions and disposals.
What we need from you:
At least 2 years PQE.
Skills: Previous experience handling a caseload of Commercial Property cases.
Passion for business development
Proficiency: Excellent IT, client care, and communication skills
