Business Analyst - Leading Fashion Retailer in UK
London Based - 4x a week in office based in central London
Can interview ASAP
Key Responsibilities of the role:
Understanding, documenting, and analysing business requirements. Translating those requirements into technical analysis and functionality for projects
Ownership of documentation of the new software changes and new business processes
Conduct testing of IT retail business application changes including the design and execution of repeatable test scripts
Management and collaboration with project stakeholders of all levels
Manage new system releases including monitoring of system changes, issue reporting and issue resolution
Contribute to IT governance including the management of change requests in the IT retail business applications space and the creation /execution of repeatable project and support processes
Create and maintain user support documentation
Training of users in new functionality and the creation of training material
Maintain a close working relationship with 3rd party software vendors
Senior analysis in the support of business applications including in critical incidents
