Commercial Finance Manager
* Key Leadership role reporting to the Finance Director & Leadership team.
* Qualified ACA/CIMA or ACCA.
* Strong Operational Financial Control, Cost, Commercial, Strategic & Business acumen.

* Lean Manufacturing Methodology.
The Company
My client is a highly respected FMCG manufacturing organisation boasting an impressive track record of growth in recent years. In line with the 5-year strategic business plan the need has arisen to recruit a high calibre Commercial Finance Lead.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the Executive Management team you will take responsibility for all aspects of commercial financial reporting in addition to providing critical financial insight to the future growth and success of the business.
Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate, high quality financial analysis, insightful information and recommendations to aid manufacturing efficiency and cost control.
* Prepare accurate monthly financial reports with reliable conclusions to drive operational and financial performance.
* Production Balance sheet review and preparation of detailed financial commentary around Fixed costs.
* Provide financial support on specific projects along with the evaluation, monitoring and reporting of the overall continuous efficiency improvement plan business objective.
* Evaluation of capex, financial appraisals on capital projects, and analysis of material variances.
* Drive the importance of costing across the business to assist managers in making key strategic decisions.
* Enhance existing controls, processes and procedures system reports and develop reports to improve reliability and accuracy.
Candidate Profile
Qualified CIMA/ACCA or ACA candidates will have experience of a manufacture/production environment coupled with proven operational finance experience and lean manufacturing methodology. You will use your commercial and business acumen to provide suggestions surrounding cost control, margin protection, process efficiency and overall production strategies. Highly numerate you will possess a keen commercial and business acumen with the ability to persuade at all levels of management. In addition, you will possess strong Excel skills including pivot tables, graphs & data analysis as well as being an excellent communicator and relationship builder
