As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business development. You will be a key player in defining the future of our products, helping to deliver cutting-edge solutions in the blockchain and crypto markets.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the development of crypto products from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with company vision and customer needs.
• Drive product strategy, roadmap, and prioritise features based on data-driven insights, market trends, and user feedback.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and a seamless user experience.
• Define and measure key product KPIs, continuously optimizing for growth and product-market fit.
• Engage with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and iterate on products.
• Stay at the forefront of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 innovations, and incorporate new trends and technologies into product offerings.

Who You Are:

• Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a solid background in cryptocurrency, blockchain, DeFi, or Web3 products.
• Technical Expertise: Comfortable working with engineering teams on complex, technical products. Knowledge of blockchain technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Layer 2 solutions, smart contracts) is a big plus.
• Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions. Familiarity with product analytics tools and A/B testing.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading product initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
• Visionary: Passionate about the potential of decentralised technologies and how they can shape the future of finance, identity, and beyond.
