Finance Manager (Part-Time)

Salary: £45-50k pro-rata | Location: HQ. London, Wimbledon UK SW19 3ES - Office based / Hybrid

Eligo Recruitment is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Finance Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our financial operations, collaborating across departments to provide strategic guidance and ensure accuracy in all financial reporting.

About the Role:

As a part-time Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for the strategic oversight of Eligo’s finances, from monthly management information and compliance to overseeing our financial practices. Working closely with and reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll help us stay aligned with all statutory regulations and drive our financial health forward.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Managing month-end reconciliations and producing consolidated reports for our group entities
Overseeing accounts payable and expense reconciliations
Ensuring HMRC compliance with VAT, PAYE, and tax submissions
Collaborating across departments to support strategic and operational goals
Working alongside the Directors and assisting the smooth running of the businessAbout You:

Previous finance experience, ideally in recruitment or sales settings
Proficiency in using Xero or similar accounting software, with a solid grasp of P&L and Balance Sheets
Full AAT qualification or equivalent, with top-notch Excel skills
Excellent communication and a detail-oriented approach
