Key Responsibilities:
Oversee contract management processes for civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with project managers and teams to develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any deviations from the contract and implementing corrective actions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing any contractual issues or disputes promptly.
Prepare and present reports on contract performance and financial metrics to senior management.
Provide guidance and training to team members on contract management best practices.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Contract Manager within the civil engineering or construction sector.
Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and project management principles.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
