Produce complex components according to specification requirements.
Operate a large Coburg manual surface grinder with Siemens controls.
Grind large complex components using flatbed grinding and surface grinding.
Set components, grinding wheels, jigs, fixtures, and rotary chucks.
Measure and work to very tight tolerances.
Apply knowledge of materials and machining methods.
Ensure product conformity by manufacturing components to achieve critical geometrical tolerancing.
