A well-established and internationally recognised manufacturer, who are true specialists in their industry are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer / Operator for their Bristol-based manufacturing site. The company is experiencing ongoing growth and success within its markets.

The Programmer / Operator will program and operate a lathe with a FANUC control system to produce quality precision components.

The Role

• Be required to create and edit CNC programs from engineering drawings.
• Produce small to medium batch quantities.
• Achieve required tolerances.
• Self-inspection responsibility for quality control

The person

• Ability to create / edit CNC programs from engineering drawings Using FANUC controls.
• Experience as a CNC operator / programmer
• Familiarity with Lathes
• Ability to work other machinery an advantage though training will be provided.
