What you’ll be doing:

• Leading successful tenders, balancing risk and reward
• Negotiating customer contracts and collaborating with Procurement on key terms
• Liaising with Legal to establish NDAs, MOUs, and Joint Ventures where applicable

What we want from you:

• Experience with NEC3/4 contracts, particularly the ECC
• Familiarity with Government customers and Public Contract Regulations (PCRs)
• Strong pre-contract experience, leading bids from a commercial perspective
• Ability to achieve and maintain security clearance
