Job Description
- Linux ( AWS) containerization including Docker and ideally SIngularity
- Linux security including Linux namespaces, cgroups, apparmor, seccomp & capabilities – MUST HAVE skills
- Linux system administration
- Software development in Python and C.
- AWS EC2 and S3
- Ideally, IBM LSF ( Job Scheduler tool – Nice to have)
- Understanding of Linux file permissions and ACLs
