Banking & Finance Associate - International Law Firm - 12m FTC - Manchester

Taylor Root have partnered with a leading international law firm who are looking to hire an Senior Associate (5+ PQE) into their Banking & Finance team in Manchester. This role is a maternity cover and will be offered as a 12-month FTC.

The Firm

Our client has one of the largest reaches across the UK, boasting over 10 regional offices across England & Scotland, maintaining a close working relationship between these offices. They are recognized market leaders in corporate, banking and finance and litigation with mixed practice area allowing lawyers to gain experience across the board.

The Role

You will be joining the Banking & International finance team, where you focus will be on advising full range of financing transactions, with expertise in acting for corporate, fund and lender clients in the real estate and TMT sectors. Clients include established UK and international banks, alternative lenders, through to private equity sponsors, corporates and technology start-ups

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is seeking someone who has strong experience in Banking & Finance transactions. Those with experience in corporate lending and/or venture debt and growth finance with be of strong interest. Candidates must be available within 6 weeks and available for the full 12 months. There will be a requirement to run transactions and manage junior associates so the PQE range is from 5+
