Smart Factory Health & Safety Coordinator OPERATION & SUPPLY CHAIN The Operations & Supply Chain team follows the development process of the product from the design realization to the entire manufacture cycle. Joining this team means touching our products with your hands and getting into the heart of Moncler’s processes. We are looking for a Health & Safety Coordinator to join our Smart Factory team at our Trebaseleghe (PD) location. Your Impact As a Smart Factory Health & Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for promoting and ensuring a safe and compliant work environment within our Smart Factory. Your role will be crucial in implementing innovative safety solutions by leveraging smart technologies and ensuring that daily operations are safe and efficient. Through continuous monitoring, training, and risk management, you will contribute to maintaining a workplace where employee health and well-being are a top priority. Activities Coordinate all health and safety activities within the smart factory using digital tools and innovative technologies; Supervise and assess potential risks and threats in the automated factory environment, ensuring necessary safety measures are implemented; Develop and update safety and emergency plans in compliance with current regulations; Collaborate with technical departments to ensure that machines and automated processes meet safety standards; Monitor and verify the application of safety procedures by conducting audits and periodic inspections; Respond in emergencies and manage incident investigations to prevent similar events from reoccurring. Who We Are Looking For: Degree in Engineering (preferably Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields) or an equivalent qualification; Solid experience (at least 3-5 years) in Health & Safety in industrial or production environments; In-depth knowledge of national and international occupational safety regulations. We Would Appreciate a Person That Is: Passionate about innovation and digital technologies applied to safety; Results-oriented, able to work independently, and make timely decisions; Equipped with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of training and raising awareness among staff on safety issues.
