We are Hiring: Project Officer and Finance Officer positions at IPA ADRION JS IPA ADRION is looking for a Project Officer and a Finance Officer for the Joint Secretariat based in Bologna, Italy. Project Officer’s main responsibilities: Assessing projects and overseeing their content aspects, offering insights into content-related topics, monitoring approved operations in comparison to the sanctioned application forms and Program targets. Engaging in events organized by projects, offering guidance to lead partners if a project is off-schedule, ensuring the accurate achievement of indicators, tracking the progress of project activities, and approving project reports. Finance Officer’s primary responsibilities: Assessing projects with a focus on financial aspects of monitoring, providing information on financial topics, overseeing approved operations, advising lead partners in cases where project financial progress deviates from the schedule, addressing reallocations of project budget if needed, handling any other financial issues that may arise during the project, and monitoring the reimbursement procedures to project beneficiaries.
