Job Description

Each Alfa begins their journey with a fixed-term contract of 1 year, with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term and continuing a long path of growth within our organization. Location: Dachauer Strasse 17, 80335 Munich Full Time: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch break Hybrid Mode: 60% office, 40% home office - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote Start Date: September 2, 2024 or October 7, 2024 Offered Salary (gross): 46K-51K OTE (on target earnings) Trial Period: 6 months In your Role: You will speak with potential customers with the goal of scheduling a product demo. You will conduct product demonstrations with the aim of selling subscription packages. You will participate in marketing and sales meetings to coordinate campaigns. You will receive a salary composed of a fixed compensation and a monthly performance-based bonus. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales Italian native speaker; fluent in English Strong results orientation and structured approach Ability to collaborate in a "win-as-a-team" environment Affinity with technological/innovative solutions Residence in Munich and its province or willingness to relocate to Munich Nice to have: 2 years of experience in SaaS companies or in a healthcare organization (e.g., dental practice, general medicine, hospital, etc.) Experience with Hubspot Cold-calling experience Benefits: Equipment: laptop, headphones, keyboard, mouse, smartphone with unlimited data, and a dedicated office monitor.
