Job Description

We are looking for a great new team member in Milan: Product Specialist. Roles & Responsibilities: You will work on identifying new market opportunities and generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth. To develop product plans, roadmaps, and business cases. You will work closely with R&D and Sales teams, while visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services. In collaboration with Pricing and Sales Teams, to develop product pricing and positioning strategies. To work on competitiveness analysis and market data including prices, costs and product costs evolution. You will lead the product project management - Coordination with Pricing, R&D, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Quality to achieve the milestones and project objectives. To assist sales team and customers on product technical support, product documents/presentations and homologations. To identify ways to track product use and impact on end users. Participation in exhibition fairs, seminars, and technical forums. Who are we looking for? You have an engineering background, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial are preferred. Previous experience with power electric products development. Knowledge of basic power cable technology - handling of cables, installation, and application. Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle. Work effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization. Be able to handle technical presentations for different product lines. Good communication and organizational skills. J-18808-Ljbffr
