Fullstack Developer - Node.js

This role is responsible for evolving the Docebo LMS products within the deadline, incorporating AI-driven features and following department guidelines, reporting on progress and developments directly to the relevant Software Development Manager. Responsibilities Develop the main Docebo Learning Suite products, integrating AI and machine learning models. Implement AI-driven features using generative AI techniques. Collaborate with AI specialists to develop application-level competency modules using AI services. Follow project development and manage practical activities and tasks related to the project's implementation. Be a part of an Agile, Scrum international team with other backend and frontend developers. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SW developer Good problem solving/debugging skills Understanding of software development lifecycle Experience working in an agile development environment Experience with TDD / BDD, unit testing, integration testing Experience with AWS or similar cloud service providers Good knowledge of written and spoken English Nice to have: BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience Good communication and interpersonal skills Team-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality Clear focus on producing secure SW Familiarity with generative AI techniques and frameworks, such as LLMs, LangChain, RAG, Prompt Chaining etc. Experience with Trunk Based Development / Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery Experience with serverless and containerized applications Experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks, in particular AWS CDK About Docebo Hey you Want to work for one of the fastest growing SaaS companies in the world?
