Responsibilities:

• Define acceptance criteria for use cases, manage the backlog, and set strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure goal alignment.
• Prioritize product backlog, ensuring that features and enhancements deliver maximum value to users and stakeholders.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to identify product innovation and improvement opportunities.
• Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure product performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, with a focus on digital products.
• Previous experience as a Java developer is mandatory, with a deep understanding of Java to bridge the gap between technical teams and product strategy.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering digital products from concept to launch.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent) is preferred.
