Job Description
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join an Adult Neighbourhood Team based in Salford
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.

Provide a person-centred statutory social work service for vulnerable adults and their carers, following local and national policies.
Support and engage in integrated, multidisciplinary work to deliver coordinated care.
Collaborate with partners to safeguard service users through risk management, information sharing, and accurate record-keeping.
Use a strengths-based approach for individualized support planning to meet people's needs effectively. What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK license
Post-qualified experience
