My client are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join their team. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, and supporting the finance team.Process invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders.Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing procedures.Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.Handle queries related to financial transactions.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred but not mandatory.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.What you'll get in return
